Review Very bad customer service

I came to packwel end of february gave my specifications and got a quotation from a marketing guy for Rs 78/- per box the quotation was given with a sample on the 23rd of february and then when i wanted to make the advance payment he never picked up the phone or returned my calls. Later a few times he'l pick say wait a minute and cut the line and never call back! So i texted him askimg wether its possible to take my order or not? Then he texted me on 17th March saying the new price is rs110/- per box!
How can we meet up with our dead lines when your'l act so unprofessionaly!
Soo disappointed as a customer!!
