Review dangerous equipment

DO NOT BUY. they sold me a FAULTY DEVICE which caught on FIRE a month after purchase. It started smoking and flames were visible inside the UPS (the UPS was next to my bedridden father who suffered from pneumonia just few weeks before the incident). my mother and I had to carry the flaming UPS outside our house in an attempt to save my father, who passed away just days later.
EXTREMELY UNETHICAL BUSINESS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. their agent Suran, came by to see the damage later on, he promised us a refund. IT'S BEEN 3 MONTHS!!!. i contacted their customer service only to have them say "actually it was not a fire...." THE AUDACITY OF THESE PEOPLE. 4 PEOPLE COULD HAVE DIED THAT DAY. when i mentioned that i might take legal action they go on to say "we have a team of lawyers...". I am a 22 year old girl who has been done wrong by you UNSAFE devices and UNETHICAL BUSINESS. i hope you are happy with your immorality.
