Dear Rev. Mother,
I am a resident of Malabe and see a destitute old person (male) frequently in the road stretch close to IT campuses. There is a wound in a leg which is usually covered with a shopping bag. I can speak to him and assist in any way to direct him to your care. Please let me know whether you are able to help in any way.
