Question for Springfields (Pvt) Ltd

I'm a teacher of Kg/Palapoluwa K. Vidyalaya. You have supplied a Boxlight Multimedia projector in 2014. But there is a problem now. When it is on there is a pink patch on the screen. The pictures are not clear. How do we overcome this problem?
