Question for Amarasinghe Motors

I got to know about your company with my friend, I have a car Nissan N16, Year 2000 Brand new. My Speed meter is stuck in speed 40KMph, no responce, but milage is working (Digital mileage is working)Instrument cluster is speed 220 Kmph. I ask from a shop they said that it around ******** and above. So can it be repaired from you or how can I manage it. My friend said that you will solve my matter in minutes. Pls reply me.
