Oakley Cottage - Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka

Okley Cottage is situated in a tranquil area and the landscape of the property is superb!..But sadly same cannot be commented on the service.
The hot water service of the cottage is very poor and the care taker with a view to saving electricity bill switches off the geezers frequently.Water pressure also is very low.The bedroom lack basic ammeneties such as towel racks and disposable bins.The managment very unfortunately follows VALUE STAFF ,SPOIL CUSTOMERS attitude.They are very rigid in their approches which pisses off guests.This is evident from the absence of a register for guest comments.
I feel very sad of this attitude as the location and bungalow has an outstanding ,unique beauty which can be utilized to attrct more business if they vastly have sence of business and improved facilities.
