Family Movers (Pvt) Ltd - Sri Lanka

I moved my office from Dehiwala to Malabe.
Had a little trouble contacting them since they have shifted the office to a new place.
But the rates were good, the transportation quality was well above the Sri Lankan standards, and the service was excellent.
I would highly recommend their service to anyone.

Customer Hotline service was very bad. When I called them, they answered the phone and wouldn't talk, or else they would cut the line.
I don't know what it is that they have to hide from by not answering my calls. Terrible service. Please work on your call center staff.
