Arangala weda medura was establish more than 75 years ago and three generations have served more than thousands of patients even today. Dr Don Hendrik Arangala was the First one to start serving patients and His son Dr D V Arangala followed his footsteps , Dr D V Arangala was a senior lecturer at Wickramarachchi Aurveda vidyalaya Yakkala, not only that he has even treated thousands of foreign patients .Dr D D Madhawa Arangala was appointed after his father Dr V Arangala to take over their family tradition .Dr D D madhwa Arangala is very famous for his special medications for Arthritis

He is married to Dr Piumi Mihilani Malllikaarachchi who is also coming from medical back ground. Her grandfather was Dr Herath Mallikarachchi and her father was Dr Wimalarathna Mallikarachchi from
