When you send the invitations our guys attaching ids for it. And we set up an id reader instead of the registration table. The guest who comes with your invitation have to do only show that id to our id reader. Deal done. We are providing a guest seating management application. it can be work with the guest registration app or individually. When our guests entering into the hall they can be confusing about his seat. With our system, there will be a touch screen. Guest can enter his name, Id number, Invitation number or show his invitation barcode. The system automatically show him the seat number and where is the seat with a seating layout image.
