Review Worst service ever

Package arrived in Sri Lanka on 4 April and EMS never notified me it was ready for pickup. Decided to go myself and was met with the worst service ever. They tried to charge me for my package being in there warehouse for 16 days without notifying me that it was here and ready for pickup.
