Poor product knowledge all round from sales contact to call centre. Very poor call centre assistance - was cut off several times. None of the lodged problems resolved. Over 200 SMS to inform no credit. Sent from branch to branch to purchase package. Not informed you need additional credit to use phone even after paying Registration Rs 400 and Internet Package Rs275. Slow internet speeds. Cannot connect to internet and call centre staff not aware how to resolve. Tried to call customer feed back number which does not work! After lodging an on-line feed back an officer called and promised results. Nothing has happened! Spoke to a supervisor who promised to call before 12 noon the same day. Nothing heard after a week! Complaint details explained to at least 3 contacts. A caller rang once and left a number to contact for even more details. No rings out no one picks up. Received yet another 102 SMS to inform no credit.
