though they were recommended by a friend (who never went to them eventually) was a total dissapointment.
highly irresponsible. 1st was an incorrect quotation which we over looked.
simple requests which were made to them - the answer was always 'we can't do it'. ultimately we (the clients) were made to feel that they were doing us a favour.
two days before the wedding they refused to cator to the bridesmaids head dress.
the most disappointing moment was - the church was decorated only 15 minutes before the ceremony even after reminders were given to them.
please do not reject this. people should know how Blooms Flower Shop really works.
