Wanapetha Hall - Sri Lanka

I m interested in hiring the Wanapetha Hall , in one of these days 5th or 6th June 2015 for a family get together, most probably from4.00pm 12.00 O clock , therefore can I get some information about that, I would like if you can give answers to the followings, for me to confirm the date.
1. Availability on the 5th or 6th June 2015
2. Can I hire only the hall
3 Is it possible for me to cater the food out side ?
4. Is there a maximum and a minimum number of people at an event ?
5. Do you provide cutlery with the hall ? ( plates , spoons , desert bowls ,forks and glasses, and drinking water and hot water to make tea )
6. This is a gathering with relatives , not an official party , specially tea and dinner party ,
It would be much greatful if you can reply me as soon as possible for me to get started with the invitations before I come to SL .
