DHL Keells (Pvt) Ltd - Colombo, Sri Lanka

I had very efficient service with dhl srilanka once when i sent a baggage but unfortunately when i sent the second baggage on the same service they took very long time for custom clearance.it took one month to deliver from one country to srilanka.our bag was damaged when recieved and they costed unusual taxes from customs.maybe its a problem with srilankan customs but i believe dhl should take some responsibility while delivery

How much it cost to send nearly 10 to 12 kilos(tea & cinnamon mix)to USA by air and sea,
