Ebert Silva Touring Co Ltd - Sri Lanka

We went to Sri Lanka last December and took the route called the 'city tour' in a double decker bus provided by Ebert Silva Tours. It started with broken eqiupment such as a microphone, the most important device in the tour. Wires were drawn over guests to fix the problem inconveniencing them but nothing was accomplished. The tour guide had a poor command of the English language and was often frustrated unable to exrpess himself with the proper terms. He was asking Sri Lankan passengers for help to explain the tour. This was the most horrible trip that I ever went on and never will I recommend this to another. Will be writing an article on yelp as well, so that everyone will know the status of this company.
