The surgeon confirmed that the cost of my hernia ops would be around Rs********.When the hospital learnt that I have medical insurance the bill came to over Rs********.The staff are not properly trained and the customer service is Nil.They are sort of confused like.Left me with few questions and answers but never returned to follow it up.Seems like completely forgotten the patient.Waited for the insurance payment for over 3 hours thospital I was discharged.Very disappointing.Will never recommend to anyone.

Can I request a doctor to pierce my ears as it is safer I believe?? ( an industrial piercing)
