Mahaweli Coconut Plantations PLC - Negombo, Sri Lanka

Mahaweli Coconut Plantations Limited (MCPL) was established in 1996 to develop a massive plantation project on the uncultivated land in the Mahaweli zone. Currently, MCPL is collecting an annual crop of about 05 Million coconuts which are sold to Sri Lankan businesses for the production of Desiccated Coconut, Coconut Cream, Coconut Milk, and Coconut Water, all of which are intended for export.
