TVS Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is a joint venture between United Motors Lanka Ltd and TV Sundaram Iyengar and Sons Ltd India. It was incorporated in January 2003 to handle the two wheeler operation of TVS Motor Co. Ltd. TVS Lanka (Pvt) Ltd has grown its business tremendously, at present to occupy the number two position in the local two wheeler market. Emulating the success of its joint venture partners, TVS Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is now on the course of diversifying its business operations in to other areas of scope, in order to establish a strong brand identity, whilst being a responsible corporate citizen in Sri Lanka.
