Review Poor service, dishonest

Purchased my second pair of Scholl sandals in Negombo store over a month ago and given a guarantee/receipt if any difficulties return them. Within less then two weeks the top split from the base if the shoe. The woman in the shop refused to refund the money also could not replace the sandals as they failed to have my size....or so I was told. Basically it's poor customer service, disrespectful and unprofessional. Why give a refund ticket if you have no intention of replacing poor goods?
It's unlikely I will use this store again. Woman has no respect.
